Where Art meets Science. Art and science: two worlds that enrich one another in the work of Vladimir Škoda. His fascination with matter, physics and alchemy is deeply reflected in his artistic practice.
From steel and mercury to copper, matter is observed and explored in all its many facets. His works and forms take us back to the fundamental structures of the universe.
This summer offers a unique opportunity to discover his artistic research. Several institutions and exhibition spaces will showcase his work. From Prague—his hometown—to France: from Rognes to Thiers, from Marseille to Clermont-Ferrand and Vitry-sur-Seine.
GALERIE CLAIRE GASTAUD
The sphere—Vladimir Škoda’s signature artistic motif—will be presented as part of the group exhibition organized by Galerie Claire Gastaud in Clermont-Ferrand to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the gallery.
MUSÉES DE MARSEILLE & ADIAF
